Types of Automotive Carpet
Tufted Carpet: Jacquard or velour pile carpet, tufted for a dense, plush surface suited to passenger floor areas
Needle-Punched Non-Woven Carpet: Polypropylene or polyester fiber pressed into a dense mat, commonly used for trunk lining and insulation
Latex-Backed Carpet: Carpet bonded with a latex backing layer for added tufting stability and moisture resistance, available with or without latex depending on application
PVC-Backed Carpet: Carpet backed with PVC and nail-point backing for waterproofing and secure fitting in floor applications
